Jamaica CardioYield™ Initiative

From Strategic Introduction to Regulatory Breakthrough

Summary

AI/ML Innovations Inc. and its subsidiary NeuralCloud Solutions are advancing a national effort to improve access to cardiac diagnostics in Jamaica through a scalable, low-cost Holter-reporting model built on CardioYield™ and a single-lead ECG chest strap. This initiative aims to address Jamaica’s high cardiovascular disease burden by enabling reliable, affordable, and workflow-efficient ECG analysis across clinics, hospitals, and community care settings.

The program begins with a clinical pilot at Heartdent Center in Kingston, paired with a formal regulatory submission led by Lonacas Consultants to the Jamaica Ministry of Health & Wellness. Early validation from the pilot, combined with a clear regulatory pathway, will lay the foundation for expansion across Jamaica and the wider Caribbean - supporting population-level screening and earlier detection of cardiac abnormalities.

AIML Subsidiary NeuralCloud Solutions Engages Lonacas Consultants to Lead Regulatory Submission for CardioYield™ in Jamaica

NeuralCloud has formally engaged Lonacas Consultants, a respected Kingston-based regulatory and clinical research firm, to lead the submission of CardioYield™ - paired with a single-lead ECG chest strap - to the Jamaica Ministry of Health & Wellness. This marks a significant milestone in establishing a regulated pathway for AI-enabled ECG diagnostics in Jamaica. Lonacas will guide the full documentation, review, validation, and submission process, ensuring that the platform meets Jamaica’s standards for safety, data protection, and clinical efficacy. The regulatory initiative is also informed by the needs of tropical climates: the chest-strap design offers better durability and signal stability than traditional adhesive-based Holters, which often detach or degrade in hot, humid environments.

The regulatory submission is foundational to AIML's broader strategy of national deployment. Once cleared, CardioYield™ and its companion wearable would represent a fully integrated cardiac-diagnostic ecosystem suitable for clinics, hospitals, and rural health centers - enabling rapid ECG acquisition, automated interpretation, and standardized reporting at scale. This process directly supports future expansion throughout Jamaica and positions the country as an early adopter of AI-enabled cardiac care across the Caribbean region.

AIML Subsidiary NeuralCloud Solutions and Heartdent Center Ltd. Launch Pilot Project to Advance Cardiac Care in Jamaica

NeuralCloud Solutions has launched a clinical pilot with Heartdent Center Ltd. in Kingston, Jamaica to evaluate the feasibility and operational impact of CardioYield™, the company’s AI-powered Holter-reporting and ECG-analysis platform. The study combines a medical-grade single-lead ECG chest strap with CardioYield™ to explore whether a low-cost, high-accuracy diagnostic workflow can expand access to cardiac care in a country where cardiovascular disease accounts for roughly one-third of national mortality. The pilot will test workflow integration, signal quality, diagnostic reporting speed, and patient usability within Heartdent Center’s cardiology practice.

This initial deployment is intended to create a scalable model for future rollouts across Jamaica. By demonstrating real-world clinical value, the Heartdent pilot will help establish the clinical, operational, and environmental validation necessary for broader national adoption - including expansion to multi-site cardiology clinics, public health facilities, and community-level screening programs across the island. Insights from this feasibility study will directly support upcoming Caribbean market expansion efforts.
