Affordable, High-Accuracy ECG Diagnostics in the Caribbean
AIML and NeuralCloud Solutions are working with leading clinical and regulatory partners in Jamaica to pilot CardioYield™, a low-cost, AI-powered Holter-reporting platform paired with a single-lead ECG chest strap. The initiative aims to address Jamaica’s high burden of cardiovascular disease by delivering accurate, accessible cardiac diagnostics that fit the realities of local care settings and tropical environments.
Through an active clinical pilot and a formal national regulatory submission, this program is designed to establish a scalable model for country-wide deployment - with the long-term goal of extending AI-enabled cardiac screening across Jamaica and, ultimately, throughout the Caribbean.

AI-Driven ECG Innovation in Pediatric Cardiac Research
AI/ML Innovations has entered a pilot with The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) - one of the world’s leading pediatric research institutions - to evaluate the use of MaxYield™, AIML’s AI-based ECG signal-processing platform, in pediatric cardiac care. The initiative will support an emerging research program focused on early detection of cardiac deterioration in children by enabling advanced AI models to integrate high-fidelity ECG waveform data with clinical and textual information.
Led by Dr. Cedric Manlhiot, an internationally recognized expert in pediatric cardiovascular data science, the project will assess MaxYield’s ability to enhance ECG signal quality, provide structured beat-level analysis, and contribute to the development of multimodal predictive models designed to improve early warning systems for vulnerable pediatric patients.

Comparing AI-Enhanced ECG Reporting Against Standard Clinical Software
AI/ML Innovations has launched a pilot study with the Toronto Heart Centre to evaluate CardioYield™, the AI-powered Holter ECG reporting platform built on MaxYield™. The study will compare CardioYield™ directly against the clinic’s current industry-standard Holter software, measuring technician efficiency, signal clarity, report turnaround time, and overall diagnostic workflow performance.
By partnering with a leading cardiology group comprised of more than 20 specialists from St. Michael’s Hospital, this pilot aims to quantify real-world gains in throughput and reporting accuracy - validating how CardioYield™ can support high-volume clinical environments and modernize Holter analysis across Canadian cardiac practices.

Bringing AI-Enhanced Cardiac Insights to High-Performance Training
AIML Innovations has entered a pilot with Cornerstone Physiotherapy to evaluate MaxYield™ and Insight360™ within Cornerstone’s emerging elite athlete performance program. The collaboration focuses on competitive Hyrox athletes and examines how AI-enhanced 1-lead ECG data - cleaned, labeled, and structured via MaxYield™ - can support high-intensity training insights, fatigue monitoring, and cardiac efficiency analysis.
Insight360™, Neural Cloud’s customizable reporting layer, will be used to generate structured performance summaries that physiotherapists and coaches can interpret in real time. This pilot will help define product requirements for potential athlete-specific Insight360 modules and supports NeuralCloud’s broader expansion into sports science and human performance markets.
